She is trained as a dentist with a specialization in aesthetic dentistry, including working with Invisalign and Cerec (crowns, bridges and veneers). Helena, originally from Portugal, completed her training at the prestigious Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde Egas Moniz (Portugal), followed by a specialization at the Instituto Eduardo Prado in Orthodontics, Facial Orthopedics and Minimally Invasive Adhesive Dentistry.
